Find your voice. Take up space.
Join Lucie & Uta for an afternoon on exploring and owning your voice as self-expression.
Together, we’ll look at how we use our voices, what shapes the way we speak and take up space, and how we can become more intentional in the way we express ourselves.
Through guided self-inquiry, group conversation and embodied practices, we’ll explore the relationship between voice, confidence, authenticity and being seen as a woman - with plenty of practical tools to take into your teaching, facilitation and everyday life.
What we'll explore:
Your relationship to your voice & public speaking
The 5 pillars of the voice
Prosody - how rhythm, tone and emphasis shape the way we communicate
Practical exercises for clear, confident cueing and direction-giving
Taking up space without losing authenticity
Silence, deep listening & presence
Embodied practices to help you connect to and express your voice
You’ll also receive a take-home handout with key reflections and tools from the session.
For Whom
For all women - across backgrounds, identities and experiences - who feel curious about exploring their voice, presence and inner potential. The workshop is especially suited to yoga teachers, space holders and facilitators, but no teaching or public-speaking experience is required.
The workshop takes place in English.
