This is not a program where I give you a formula to follow. This is a space where you learn to see yourself more clearly, and from there, begin to move, speak, and guide in a way that is truly your own.

Through self-reflection, honest conversation, study & embodied practices, we work beyond the surface, meeting your patterns, your doubts, your sensitivity, and your strength. This space acts as a mirror, helping you reconnect with your voice and express it in a way that feels true to you.

Whether you feel the desire to teach, lead, or simply understand yourself more deeply, this work is about building real self-trust through experience and awareness.

You will not just learn how to teach. You will learn how to trust yourself while doing it.

• Regular 1:1 sessions for personal guidance and depth.

• Practice sessions together to build embodiment and confidence: online or in-person.

Depending on your needs, you can decide to jump into a 1:1 mentoring for the duration of your choice or a 3 month online group mentoring. I will help you define a time frame that makes sense for you in our first discovery call.
