With over 300 hours of structured training, hands-on teaching experience, guided self-study, and regular Yoga Asana and meditation practice, the program encourages you to deepen your connection to the teachings and embody them in your daily life. As an apprentice, you will also become an integral part of a community — sharing, learning, and growing alongside other apprentices, and discovering inspiration and support in the collective journey. WEEKLY WORKLOAD
Expect 6-7h of your time dedicated to the program on weekly basis. This includes in-person meeting, homework, self-study, in class practice and co-teaching.
PROGRAM DURATION
We begin our journey on the 1st March 2027 and end on 31st July 2027. While most of the program happens in Berlin, some of the weekly meetings can take place online which will give you the opportunity to travel and take holidays.

Pricing includes your 300-hour certification Yoga Alliance, 5 months of unlimited Yoga on the Move membership, access to Notion space, specific lectures & homework, two 1:1 meetings with Lucie, your mentor.
PREREQUISITES
All applicants must have a minimum of 200-hour certification from any yoga school. The training requires your earnest dedication to the practice and teachings.
